 The shortage of water in some parts of Kenya more especially in the Northern part, has led to a massive destruction of many lives of animals and a lot of suffering from thirst by people and other creatures.  According to some reports, rain has not fallen since last year in the Northern part of Kenya, thousands of animals died and 2million people are being affected. The president of kenya Uhuru kanyatta has declared White as disaster of the country of white  aru in the country since September.  The Sierra Leone cybersecurity bill which was issued in the Sierra Leone Parliament has being officially made as a Law in Sierra Leone. As it's been said by the president of the Republic of Sierra Leone,  His Excellency Julius Maada Bio, that he (His Excellency) had had so many complaints on cybersecurity issues. And he (His Excellency) as a father of his nation, has officially gave his assent for the Bill to become as a Law within the confines of his nation.  And also the cybersecurity bill which has officially becomes a Law in Sierra leone is there by set to protect certain rights of citizens onto the extent in our social media, and other cyber platforms. This is to ensure the security of citizens into the cyber world.  This is also to inform all cyber crime perpetrators to take a caution to it.
